Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

We do not offer refunds. All sales are final.

We do, however, accept exchanges under the following conditions:

 • Exchange Policy: We only offer exchanges for products that are defective,             damaged, incorrect, or not as per the order placed. Please send clear images of          the product for verification. Once verified, we will arrange the exchange                          shipment and begin the exchange process.

 •Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we will offer an exchange for another item of equal value.

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.

To request an exchange, please contact our customer support team with your order details before sending any items back. 

This policy does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
